Communication
We offer regular communication with our clients and can provide email, phone or meeting updates at an agreed frequency of our activities and achieving milestones. Occasionally, during the course of our field work we encounter unexpected things such as asbestos, vandalism, illegal vegetation clearing or rubbish dumping and if this occurs, we will rapidly notify you with advice on solutions to prevent impacts to your project.

All personnel are inducted in our quality procedures according to our QA Policy.
We also monitor and employ regulatory and industry best practices methodology and reporting standards to ensure our services and deliverable reports satisfy current regulatory agency requirements.
